Preview version effective June 23, 2026. These disclosures are designed to place StreamQuote quote previews, pricing comparisons, and borrower communications in their proper mortgage-compliance context.

StreamQuote output is for comparison and discussion purposes only. It is not a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, preapproval, rate lock, underwriting approval, or commitment to lend. Final terms depend on the completed application, verified credit, income, assets, debts, collateral, occupancy, property value, title, insurance, investor guidelines, market conditions, and lender underwriting.

Rates, Payments, APR, and Fees

Rates, APRs, payments, points, lender credits, third-party fees, prepaid items, escrow estimates, cash-to-close, and savings comparisons may change before closing. Taxes, insurance, association dues, mortgage insurance, buydowns, second liens, and other items may not be fully reflected unless entered and verified.

Advertising and Borrower Communications

Users must review all borrower-facing communications for accuracy and compliance before sending. Any rate, payment, financing term, savings claim, lender comparison, or promotional statement may require additional disclosures, record retention, and company approval.

Licensing and Identity

Users are responsible for maintaining required licensing, displaying required NMLS identifiers, verifying authorized states, and following employer, broker, lender, and state-specific disclosure requirements. NMLS entries in StreamQuote are setup fields and do not prove licensure unless separately verified.
